This policy explains what Royal50freespins does with personal information. It covers this website and the booking enquiries sent through it. Written in plain language on purpose: if something here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will answer it.
Who we are
Royal50freespins is an entertainment agency operating at royal50freespins.org. For the purposes of data protection law we are the controller of the information described below. Enquiries about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address, company or venue, the event date, the budget range and whatever you write in the brief.
- Correspondence. The emails and messages that follow, so a booking has a written record.
- Basic technical data. Our host records the usual server log entries — IP address, browser, the pages requested and when. That happens for every website and is used for security and diagnostics.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a shortlist, a quote or a contract.
- To carry out a booking: contracting, advancing, invoicing and settlement.
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep.
- To keep the site working and protected against abuse.
The legal basis is normally the steps taken before or during a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running an agency and keeping proper records. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Only the people a booking needs. That can include the artist or their management, a venue, a supplier, and our accountants. Each one receives the minimum required — an artist's management does not need your budget ceiling and will not be told it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and contract law requires, normally six to seven years from the end of the engagement, and then deleted.
Where it is stored
On servers in the European Economic Area, and in the email and accounting systems we use to run the business. Where a supplier stores data outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the law requires.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
- Object to a particular use, or ask us to restrict it.
- Complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting an active booking are sent to you by email rather than left here to find.
